Chhole Masala

Ingredients:

  • Gharrkul mutton masala 2 tbsn
  • White Gram 175 g
  • Ginger & Garlic paste 30 g
  • Onion chopped 75 g
  • Tomatoes chopped 120 g
  • Green chillis chopped 2 Nos
  • Coriander chopped 2 tbsn
  • Ghee 40 g.
  • Salt to taste

Preparation:

Preparation Time : 45 Min Cooking Time : 45 Min Servings : 4

  • Soak the white gram over night
  • Pressure cook in 1 lit of water for 5 min .
  • Heat ghee in cooking pan ,add onions & sauté till golden brown .
  • Add ginger & garlic paste and Gharkul chhole masala and stri for 5 min .
  • Add tomatoes and green chillies and fry until the ghee leave the masala
  • Add white gram along with the water and simmer for 8-10 min
  • Garnish with coriander
