Black Eyed Beans Curry

Ingredients:

  • Gharrkul mutton masala 2 tbsn
  • Blacked eyed beans 150 g
  • Ginger & Garlic paste 30 g
  • Onion chopped 150 g
  • Tomatoes chopped 100 g
  • Curd 60 g
  • Coriander chopped 1 tbsn
  • Cooking oil 40g
  • Salt to taste

Preparation:

Preparation Time : 45 Min Cooking Time : 45 Min Servings : 4

  • Soak the beans over night
  • Heat the oil in the fry pan ,add onions and sauté till golden brown
  • Add ginger and garlic & sauté for 3-4 min
  • Add chhole masala , tomatoes & stir for 2-3min..Add curd, beans and 500 mi water and bring to boil.
  • Cover the pan and simmer until the beans are tender.
  • Garnish with coriander and serve hot.
