Cottage cheese & pea curry

Ingredients:

  • Gharrkul mutton masala 2 tbsn
  • Cottage cheese 250 g
  • Frozen peas 200 g
  • Ginger & Garlic paste 30 g
  • Onion chopped 200 g
  • Tomatoes chopped 175 g
  • Coriander leaves 1 tbsn
  • Ghee or oil 40g
  • Salt to taste

Preparation:

Preparation Time : 45 Min Cooking Time : 45 Min Servings : 4

  • Soak the white gram over night
  • Pressure cook in 1 lit. Of water for 5 min.
  • Heat ghee in cooking pan ,add onions and sauté till golden brown.
  • Add ginger and garlic and Gharkul chhole masala and stri for 5 min
  • Add tomatoes and green chillis and fry until the ghee or oil leave the masala.
  • Add white gram along with the water and simmer for 8-10 min.
  • Garnish with coriander
