Mutton Korma Curry


  • Gharkul meat masala 2 tbsn
  • Mutton cuts in serving portion 500 g
  • Coconut dry 2" piece 2
  • Poppy seeds 4
  • Curd 1 cup
  • Chilli powder to taste
  • Coriander leaves 2 tbsn
  • Salt to taste


Servings : 4

  • Grind the coconut, onion ,green chillies ,poppy seeds ,4flakes of garlic and 1" of ginger to paste.
  • Heat the oil in the pan and fry the paste till oil oozes out. Add curd and mutton, and brown well
  • Add rest of the ingredients and cover with water.
  • Cook till the mutton is tender and the gravy a rich brown in Colour.
  • Serve hot with garnished coriander leaves
