Chicken Tikka

Ingredients:

  • Gharrkul mutton masala 2 tbsn
  • Bone less Chicken Marinade 500 g
  • Ginger & Garlic paste 60 g
  • Roasted gram flour 2 tbsp
  • Curd 100 g
  • Lime juice 30 ml
  • Cooking oil 5 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Preparation:

Servings : 4

  • Whisk the curd and add marinade ingredients .
  • Mix well .Add chicken pieces and keep asides for 3-4 hrs Roaste in a tandoor or grill for 8-10 min.
  • Baste the tikkas with oil at regular intervals .
  • Garnish with lime wedges
  • Serve hot
